Lifetime guarantee

To demonstrate our high standard of materials and craftsmanship, all our beds come with a “Lifetime Guarantee”. If your bed develops an imperfection that is due to faulty materials or workmanship, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.*

We have absolute faith in the quality and durability of our beds. Our craftspeople are experts and we don’t skimp on the highest quality materials, which makes our beds super-tough and built to last a lifetime.

* As with most guarantees, though we believe wholeheartedly in its essence and try to apply it fairly, we do have terms and conditions to protect our business. Please review our full Terms and Conditions below for a complete understanding of the guarantee.

Some of the important conditions are listed here for your convenience:
The guarantee will be fulfilled at our discretion.
It only applies to the ironwork of our beds and does not extend to slats.
It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, general wear, and tear, etc.
Failure to follow care instructions may void your guarantee.
Failure to supply a signed delivery note will void any guarantee.

 

Terms and Conditions:

Should an imperfection, which is due to faulty materials or workmanship become apparent, we will endeavour to repair or replace it free of charge at our discretion.

Any claim must be made in writing via email to customers@livingstyle.co.za, within one month of the imperfection arising and must be made by the original purchaser, along with original proof of purchase (sales receipt or invoice), and any applicable images of the defective product.

Our Lifetime Guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear. Failure to follow care instructions may void your guarantee. The Guarantee does not cover goods which have been damaged through unreasonable or improper use, are accidentally damaged or are wilfully damaged.

Our Lifetime Guarantee does not extend to slats.

If the product has been discontinued or cannot be repaired, we reserve the right to supply an equivalent alternative.

The Lifetime Guarantee commences from the date of delivery and when a signed delivery note is supplied. Failure to supply a signed delivery note will void any guarantee.

Any guarantee offered by us is provided in addition to and not instead of, any rights you have as a consumer under applicable Law. The terms of our Lifetime Guarantee  are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with South African Law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

It is your responsibility to check for any damage prior to signing for your goods. Any fault(s) / damaged item(s) must be reported within 48 hours and supported by images of the issue.

We retain the right to void a guarantee if we feel the care instructions have not been followed and we deem the item to have been misused.
